New York native Jake T. Austin has grown up right before our very eyes. From his first gig as Steven’s friend, then Joe’s friend on Blue’s Clues when he was eight years old, the boy has been a natural. Jake wasn’t actually seen for his first movie, playing the voice of Nicky in The Ant Bully (2006) with Julia Roberts. The voice work would continue, with Jake starring as Diego in the Dora The Explorer series of films, TV shows, and video games, as well as his own Go, Diego! Go! animated series from 2005-2009. Later, he would go on to voice the character Fernando in the movies Rio (2011) and Rio 2 (2014); as well as Jaime Reyes, aka Blue Beetle, in Justice League Action in 2017; and Alex in The Emoji Movie (2017). For on-screen parts where you can admire this cutie, you can see him in the role of Max Russo in The Disney Channel series Wizards of Waverly Place with Selena Gomez, a role he played from 2007-2012, with a reprise in the TV movie The Wizards Return: Alex vs. Alex (2013). Jake shows off his toned and lean body as athletic teen Jesus Adams Foster in the Freeform series The Fosters from 2013-2015, and as Grantham Portnoy in the movie Grantham & Rose (2014). He was 21 when The Fosters ended, and 26 when he landed a role as Lars in the movie Adverse(2020), starring Mickey Rourke and Lou Diamond Philips. That’s right, folks, 26. Ogle away!
