John was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on June 7, 1981 and attended the University of Oklahoma where he studied photography. John finished his degree at the University of Houston, graduating with a Theater major. John made his professional debut in 2005 in the pilot of CBS’ hit sitcom How I Met Your Mother. The Steven Seagal-led action film follows an American ex-pat who robs a series of banks and unwittingly steals a dangerous drug lord’s money.
