King of Knives (2020)

King of Knives is a hilarious yet touching family dramedy that dares to ask questions that most similar movies don't. What is the meaning of life? How can we find purpose? What does Gene Pope look like shirtless? All will be revealed soon! King of Knives follows a family experiencing tragedy over the course of three days. But through grief comes comedy and enlightenment for this group of lugubrious relatives. The father - played by Gene Pope - is hardcore experiencing a midlife crisis. He drives a Maserati (you better work bitch!) and can't stop contemplating what his life added up to in the end. Then you have his rambunctious daughters. They're on the precipice of their own quarter-life crises, and when you add it all together, you get a weekend that no one will soon forget. King of Knives mostly follows Gene's journey to happiness and freedom, and in one scene, we see him free of his clothes! This is Gene's first appearance on Mr. Man, and we hope it's the first of MANy. He's a dead ringer for Mark Ruffalo, and with his first-ever on-screen appearance happening only in 2012, he's just getting started in the biz we call show. And boy do we mean show! Gene is a daddy's daddy, and in one scene we get to see his mature pecs as he relaxes into a nice hot bath. Later we see even more of that daddy bod as he hashes it out with the missus. He even talks about trying to increase his penis size, and speaking of... when is Gene going to bring the peen?
