The Souvenir: Part II (2021)

The Souvenir: Part II (2021) picks up shortly after the events of The Souvenir (2019) as film school student Julie (Honor Swinton Byrne) returns to her studies following the overdose death of her lover Anthony. While visiting the set of a film, Julie meets an actor named Jim (Charlie Heaton), with whom she has a torrid but ultimately fleeting tryst. Meanwhile, Julie finishes her film script which is a personal story about her relationship with the deceased Anthony, but the school doesn't want her to make the film. This leaves her with no choice other than to make the movie in secret, a decision that is almost certain to cause her greater problems. 

One of the early issues in the film is Julie not having had her period on time and she begins to think she might be pregnant with Anthony's child. However, while hooking up with Charlie Heaton—who bares his ass during their sex scene—she gets her period while he's going down on her, leading to a bloody good smooch! Talk about a Souvenir!
