Locked In (2023)

Netflix's deliciously over-the-top campfest Locked In has everything a movie needs to be a true camp classic. Famke Janssen stars as a former actress named Katherine who is in the hospital suffering from "locked-in syndrome." She is trapped in her own body, but does have just enough faculties to communicate the word "murder" to her nurse through blinking. Creepy much? Her nurse Nicky Mackenzie (actress Anna Friel) crosses paths with Katherine's adopted daughter while trying to get to the bottom of the mystery that is Katherine's life, and discovers that Katherine is more than she lets on. You can't have a trashtastic Netflix thriller without some man candy, and Alex Hassell certainly fits the bill. We have a handful of opportunities to see this very hot man's gorgeous shirtless body, rippling muscles and all. But with no nudity, we don't feel so much Locked In as we do cockblocked in!
