Luther (2010-2019)

The award-winning crime drama series Luther stars Idris Elba as the titular character, DCI John Luther, a dedicated dude working for the Series Crime Unit in London, hunting down violent criminals. It seems as though Luther pays a heavy price for his dedication to his job, because he often finds himself consumed by the darkness that inherently envelopes each case. But it’s not all blood and murders for Luther, he finds time for love when he crosses paths with Mary Day (Sienna Guillory). But true love will never blossom until Luther calms down and Mary attempts to look past his darker side. Thankfully, we get a good look at Idris Elba’s body in a scene where he gets dressed.
