Even though the up-and-comer popped up alongside Ben Affleck, Kate Beckinsale, and Josh Hartnett in the blockbuster Pearl Harbor (2001), his big breakthrough role was in the romantic comedy hit Legally Blonde (2001). While his portrayal of pretentious prepster Warner Huntington III may not have rocked Reese Witherspoon’s world, the Harvard scholar raised our school spirit — among other things! This is especially true when it comes to Matt’s topless turn in the surfer flick Blue Crush (2002). Kate Bosworth and Michelle Rodriguez may have been the stars of the sports flick but his impressive pecs stole the show!
