Born the son of two singers in the picturesque Canary Islands capitol of Santa Cruz, Naím Thomas practically came out of the womb singing. Naim rose to fame as a contestant on the first season of the popular TV singing competition Operación Triunfo in 2001. Notoriety from the show successfully launched Naim's recording career--he's since released three hit albums--but what many of his fans don't know is that Naim had already appeared in six feature films before applying for Operación Triunfo.
