Neighbors (2014)

What's hotter than the boy next door? The shredded frat boys next door! The comedy flick Neighbors (2014) follows Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly (Rose Byrne), a married couple who are hampered with a newborn daughter. Of course, when a baby comes into a couple’s life, friendships get put on the backburner, which Mac and Kelly’s best buds Jimmy (Ike Barinholtz) and his ex-wife Paula (Carla Gallo) have a difficult time understanding. But just when they thought keeping up with old friends was going to be the most difficult change in their lives, the new parents’ lives get drastically altered when the raucous fraternity Delta Psi Beta moves into the house next door. The fraternity’s leaders, Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron) and Pete Regazolli (Dave Franco) are hard partiers who aspire to throw the wildest ragers their college has ever seen. But they're not jerks. They live by a code. If Mac and Kelly ask them to chill, they'll keep the noise down. All they have to do is ask, not call the cops. Of course, one night Mac and Kelly break the rule out of frustration, and the frat launches a petty prank war against the new parents and their middle-aged friends. The frat might have youth on their side, but the geezers have a few tricks up their sleeve to try and even the score. Between the hilarity, the hunky Zac Efron and Seth Rogen show off their fine physiques while modeling in front of the mall. Of course, Zac's a real employee at a not quite Abercrombie & Fitch store, while Zac's just having some fun and showing his dad bod. Either way, we'll gladly spend a night with the frat boy or the sort of fat boy! What's more fun is when Seth flashes his buns while boning his wife on the couch, before realizing the whole frat is watching! Knock, knock, we couldn't help but notice your cock! More importantly, Dave Franco shows his muscular butt while caught in the middle of humping his gal in the frat house. There's no privacy, which means we get to see it all!
