Road House (2024)

Road House (2024) is a remake of the 1989 macho movie classic of the same name, bringing the story of a bouncer at a rough and tumble bar into the 21st century. Jake Gyllenhaal stars as Dalton, a disgraced UFC fighter who is hired by Frankie (Jessica Williams) to come clean up her bar in the Florida Keys which is besieged by violence at the direction of local multi-millionaire Ben Brandt (Billy Magnusson). 

Unfortunately, the gratuitous nudity of the original isn't ported over here, though there is plenty of eye candy as Jake Gyllenhaal is in insane shape and frequently shirtless! Billy Magnusson also bulges out his briefs on a boat, while Post Malone opens the film with a shirtless fight, and supporting actor Dominique Columbus throws in some shirtless action for good measure! The only nudity in the flick comes courtesy of professional MMA fighter Conor McGregor, in his first film role, baring his ass during this wild introduction scene and again during a mid-credits stinger! Pain don't hurt, but the lack of any more nudity than that certainly does sting!
