Sanctuary; Quite a Conundrum (2012)

The comedy thriller Sanctuary; Quite a Conundrum (2012) follows Mimi (Sasha Ramos) and Tabitha (Erin Cline), two booze hounds that are all about partying, sex, and debauchery for the sake of debauchery. With nothing better to do in life than party, the chaotic chicks decide to throw a late-night pool party that will forever change their outlandish ways. With their mix bag of family and friends like, Tabitha’s boyfriend Sean (Chris Greene) and his new buddy Dutch (Joe Coffey); Mimi’s uptight sis Kylene (Emily Rogers) and her horned out boyfriend Harris (Anthony Rutowicz), they have themselves one heck of a bash! It’s all fun and games until one of Mimi’s scorned one-night stands (John Lucas) shows up and puts a suicidal damper on the festivities. Throw in the suicidal dude’s wife Lola (Julianna Pitt) and the stereotypical Bible-thumping, gun-totting Thelma (Catherine Trail), and the party really turns into one hot mess that leaves an ever-widening trail of dead. The only saving grace of the low-budget bomb is a substantial look at John Lucas’ ass and a tease of his peen as he gets laughed out of bed when a fornicating moment turns sour. That’s quite an ass, John!
