The South Korean film Sleep (2023) bills itself as a black comedy, which just goes to show how senses of humor vary by geographical location. Newlyweds Hyeon-soo (Lee Sun-kyun) and Soo-jin (Jung Yu-mi) have been married for such a short amount of time that they don't really have a good sense of who the other person is just yet. When Hyeon-soo begins sleepwalking, it doesn't really alarm Soo-jin too much at first, but once there's a newborn baby in the house, Soo-jin begins to lose precious sleep in the name of protecting their child from her unconscious husband. Comedy! J/K, we love this flick, especially the brief shot of Lee Sun-kyun nude as he lays on the ground with his ass pointed toward the camera during an attempt to cure his sleepwalking through exorcism! Certainly exorcised something out of us!
