The Prom (2020)

The Prom (2020) is a very fun movie musical on Netflix that gets the Ryan Murphy treatment. With its amazing cast that includes icons like Nicole Kidman, Andrew Rannells, James Corden, and Meryl Streep as Broadway stars who want to do something that makes them appear less self-centered. The selfish stars decide to take up a cause so that people no longer think of them as out-of-touch narcissists. They hear about a story in a small town in Indiana where a lesbian teenager got in trouble for wanting to take a girl to prom. This caused her prom to be canceled! The Broadway stars descend onto small-town Indiana to help the girl have the prom that she deserves and they wind up helping the town come around on this issue. They also learn a lot of things about themselves! Other stars include Kerry Washington and Keegan Michael Key who round out this impressive cast and sing a few numbers of their own. We learn a thing or two about hot Indiana teens as well. Nathaniel J. Potvin plays Kevin and Nico Greetham plays Nick. The two of them sport their shirtless, barely-legal chests and cut abs when they are swimming laps in the school pool. We wish we could take a dive down their bathing suits, but for now, we can settle on ogling their hot shirtless chests. If only these swimmers could take a tip from the Broadway stars and the leading lady and get gay with each other!
