The Report (2019) stars Adam Driver as a young Senate staffer in Washington who has to look into the CIA's interrogation practices with captured terrorists after 9/11. He uncovers routine torture and destruction of evidence to hide such brutal practices. Some of the captured men are played by Zuhdi Boueri and Ratnesh Dubey who both show buns in their scenes where they are getting waterboarded and tied up.
