The Winter King (2023)

Based on The Warlord Chronicles novels by British author Bernard Cornwell, The Winter King is an MGM+ Original Series that puts a new spin on the classic King Arthur legend. Iain De Caestecker stars as Arthur, the illegitimate son of Uther Pendragon (Eddie Marsan) and rightful heir to the throne of Britain, currently in exile. The series chronicles his journey to power as he forms a ragtag alliance with several sketchy characters including the loyal Derfel (Stuart Campbell), the scheming Guinevere (Jordan Alexandra), and an absent-minded Merlin (Nathaniel Martello-White). The aforementioned Derfel, played by Stuart Campbell, delivers the first nude scene of the series, briefly flashing his ass during a hillside romp with a woman! This show needs fewer dungeons and more dragons!
