DJ Nash turns his real life friendship and frank views on race into television humor with his NBC show Truth Be Told. Mitch (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) is an idealistic college ethics professor living with his attorney wife and their young girl. Next door is his friend and confidant, Russell (Tone Bell), a stand-up comedian with a wife who’s a doctor.
