Two Lovers and a Bear (2016)

A Cure for Wellness (2016) star Dane DeHaan is one lover, Orphan Black's Tatiana Maslany is the other lover, and Gordon Pinsent is a talking polar bear in the very strange Canadian Indie drama Two Lovers and a Bear (2016). Set on the isolated Canadian territory of Nunavut, Roman (Dane DeHaan) and Lucy (Tatiana Maslany) are both just scraping by in a land that's so close to the North Pole that supplies need to be brought in by airplane. Their boredom only draws them closer together, but it also leads to an imaginative world where fantasy mixes with reality. Despite living in one of the most remote places on Earth, Lucy is convinced she's being chased by a stalker and needs to flee town before he catches up to her. Roman is in love with her, so he decides he'll come along after a couple consultations with his talking polar bear buddy (Gordon Pinsent). This is obviously a terrible idea, since it's not long before they get caught in a blizzard and Roman realizes that the stalker is entirely in Lucy's mind. Maybe his polar bear bestie will save him before the pair freeze to death. Probably not, though. These two lovers aren't just crazy in love, they're plain old crazy! Mr. Man has loved him some bears in his time, but that doesn't mean he can't appreciate a sleek and slender fella just the same. To that end, at one point Dane DeHaan flashes a bit of ass while he's banging Tatiana on a table. Way to bust-a-nut in Nunavut! If only we got to see Dane completely barenaked in Two Lovers and a Bear. We'd really love that!
