Undercover (2019) is a series in which the Belgian Federal Police are tracking the world's largest XTC networks and investigating the man at the helms who would rather be vacationing. Tom Waes stars and goes shirtless as do Stefan Percevall and Frank Lammers who both show us what is under the cover of their shirts.
