Czech please! Where Butterflies Don't Fly is a Czech movie about two gay men - one older and one younger - whose inhibitions are put to the test when they find themselves trapped in a cave together. Daniel Krejčík plays the main character, also named Daniel. He's about to turn nineteen and feels like he doesn't fit in anywhere. He's not close with his parents and doesn't have a support group at school, which would be nice to have since Daniel is in the closet. His teacher Adam (Jiří Vojta) also has a secret. He's closeted too and hides his relationship with his partner David (Jakub Krejča) from the school where he works. As fate would have it, Daniel and Adam become trapped in a cave together. Spoiler: The two men do not hook up, but you could slice the sexual tension between this older man and this younger man with a knife. In one scene Daniel strips nude in front of Adam, who takes notice of what Daniel has to offer. In another, Adam goes fully nude to brave swimming in a subterranean lake. Try as he may, Adam is not able to keep his cock covered and we get a brief but glorious flash of frontal! In one of the movie's most homoerotic scenes, Adam and Daniel cuddle to keep each other warm in the cold cave.
