12 Hour Shift (2020)

12 Hour Shift is an indie black comedy from 2020 that takes us to the very unexpected world of hospital kidney smuggling! We follow a nurse in Arkansas named Mandy (played by Angela Bettis) whose side hustle involves procuring kidneys from her patients and selling them on the illegal organ-trafficking market. Literally same tho. Mandy's scheme involves the slightly less intelligent Regina (played by Chloe Farnworth) and the events in 12 Hour Shift go down when Regina makes a big mistake. Usually Mandy hands off the kidneys to Regina at the hospital, and Regina drives them to the ringleader of the operation. But on one fateful trip, Regina loses a kidney, and her boss says that if he doesn't get a replacement one soon, he'll take one of hers! This sends both Regina and Mandy on a frantic blood-soaked killing spree to find a kidney at the hospital before it's too late. Those of you interested in another organ will be sad to know that 12 Hour Shift does not feature any male frontal. However thanks to Allen Williams we do at least get a little bit of dudity here. He plays a stab wound victim, and the flick's only male nude scene, he takes a stab a going nekked! We get to see his more to love booty as he's sprawled out sans clothes on the floor. We can't say that 12 Hour Shift is going to provide you with hours of erotic pleasure, but if you want some yucks and some ass, it has your back! Even though it would rather have your kidney.
