Books of Blood (2020) this anthology series adapts Clive Barker's framework style of storytelling to look at three different scary stories and the ways that they wind up tangling up together. In one story, a group of researchers studies a subject who is possessed by the dead. In another, a haunted house is investigated where demonic possession prevails and the dead don't sleep. A young traveler stops there for the night and sleeps over. It is revealed that she stops taking meds for a neurological disorder and the stranger goings-on in the house make her wonder if she's going crazy or if she's looking at evil right in the eye. How will these stories and many more connect?
