The son of famed director Alfredo Tappan, Christian Tappan began acting as a child when he appeared in a variety of commercials and advertisements. But it wasn't paternalism that led to Christian's success, Christian studied the craft at Televisa's school for child actors. At the age of six he landed a part on a TV show then joined a children’s theatre company, but Christian really became something special as an actor in the early 2000's. After a few one offs, in 2006 Christian landed the recurring role of Gerardo Suarez on the telenovela Amores de Mercado, but really became well known in the Spanish speaking world for his work as Poncho Maria Craus in nearly 200 episodes of the Colombian telenovela Vecinos, and his run as Octavio in the wild, cute girl wants breast implants to attract a cocaine trafficking husband telenovela Sin Senos No Hay Paraiso. In 2012, he played Pablo's cousin Gonzalo Gaviria in Pablo Escobar: El Patron del Mal, but became far more famous for his work in a much bigger Pablo Escobar based television show three years later, when he played the day to day drug smuggling businessman who took over while Pablo was in prison, Kiko Moncado on Narcos. In Narcos we see Christian shirtless relaxing in a hot tub enjoying the ladies and some champagne. As he leans forward we get to see the top part of his upper body. Our dick could get addicted to a chest like that! We got to see his backside a year later when he played Apache in Netflix's Colombian guerilla fighter drama Wild District, and we got to see him change in a locker room. While he was still doing Spanish speaking stuff like playing Willy Angel in La Reina del Sur, American fans might know him as Medellin representative Rigo Vasco on Snowfall, or as a cartel member in the Nicolas Cage flick Running With the Devil (2019).
