Coldwater (2025)

Andrew Lincoln stars in Coldwater as a man named John who moves to the Scottish Highlands after witnessing a crime at a London playground. Not only is he done with city life, but he also didn't intervene in the crime, making him question his own masculinity. John strikes up a friendship with his wacky Scottish Highlands neighbor Tommy (Ewen Bremner), who turns out to be an oddball pastor sitting on a sinister secret. Tommy instructs his congregation to research serial killers instead of the Bible and overall gives off vibes that should worry John. However, he finds himself drawn to Tommy, creating friction with John's skeptical wife. Where does this leave us? John is also unsatisfied in his home life, and has taken to quietly masturbating in the shower to get his needs met!
