Cougar Hunting (2011)

When three down-on-their-luck buddies in their 20s find they’re having trouble getting it on with women their own age, they decide to go Cougar Hunting (2011), not to be confused with Cougar Town (2009-2015). Robin Blazak’s R-rated romp follows Tyler (Matt Prolop), Tom (Jareb Dauplaise) and Dick Richards (Randy Wayne) as they try their hand (and another part of their anatomy) at tracking down hot older ladies. Since the loser dudes hear Aspen is where the cougars hang out, they take a road trip to Colorado. Along the way, we encounter a tattoo artist (Frank Drank) and two little guys (Gabriel Pimentel and Ricardo Gil), not that size matters. Once the young men arrive, they realize that meeting and hooking up with their horny prey isn’t as easy as they presumed it would be. But eventually, Dick scores with an older woman who decides to head to bed after they bang. At least, the scene lets us ogle the chest on the aptly-named Randy. If that’s not titillating enough, Tyler finds himself locked out of a house while wearing a woman’s see-through nightie and his tighty whities. As such, we get to view Mr. Prolop’s bare upper body. Suffice it to say, their quest for Kathy (Lara Flynn Boyle), Penny (Jillian Murray), and Ursula (Vanessa Angel) turns into a bunch of awkward and zany moments. Despite the fact that critics considered this flick a comical miss, Mr. Man appreciates the pecs it delivers. In other words, Cougar Hunting is an ABSolute roar!
