Crap Happens (2026)

The Netflix German comedy series Crap Happens follows Toni, a struggling rapper whose dreams of fame have stalled after nearly two decades living in Berlin. Working as a pizza baker and still chasing success, Toni’s life is upended when his mother dies suddenly, making Toni return to his quirky rural hometown of Kacken an der Havel. Back home, he discovers he has a 13-year-old son he never knew existed, thrusting him into unexpected fatherhood as he tries to balance family obligations with a surprising new career opportunity. Along the way, Toni must navigate chaotic small-town life, including eccentric locals and long-forgotten acquaintances. Among the townfolk is Jörg, portrayed by Christoph Glaubacker, a supporting character who interacts with Toni in the tangled web of relationships that define Kacken’s oddball community.
