Dark Places (2015) is the latest big-screen adaption of Gillian Flynn's novels. This feature takes a much darker turn than Gone Girl (2014), though, telling the story of a woman named Libby 30 years after her entirely family was allegedly murdered by her older brother Ben. She's spent the past three decades living in solitude, refusing to work or reflect on her past. When she stumbles upon the Kill Club, a group of people strangely obsessed with solving closed murder cases, she's forced to talk to her incarcerated brother and find out what really happened that night.

This dark and thought-provoking thriller doesn't show much skin (boo), but we do get to see the gorgeous Shannon Kook-Chun blissfully remove (and put back on) his shirt several times in one scene. Fair warning: Watch it enough times, and it'll take you to dark places, too.
