Five Senses of Eros (2009)

The South Korean drama Five Senses of Eros (2009) is comprised of five short films, each highlighting ideas of love and desire. There’s the generically-named Man (Jang Hyuk) who crosses paths with Woman (Cha Hyun-jung) on a train, where they exchange glances and phone numbers; Hye-rim (Cha Soo-yeon) and Hyeon-woo (Kim Kang-woo) are a husband and wife that worry to death over each other; aspiring actress Mi-jin (Kim Min-sun) and veteran performer Hwa-ran (Bae Jong-ok) commiserate over a demanding director; Jae-in (Hwang Jung-min) car crash death leads his wife Jung-ha (Uhm Jung-hwa) to discover that he was having an affair with her old high school friend, Na-ru (Kim Hyo-jin); and six high school students and close friends decide to swap partners for twenty-four hours. Exciting stuff, in deed! Well, it gets even more exciting when Jang Hyuk bares his buns while banging his woman, Jung Eui-chul strips to his underwear during an intimate moment, and Han Kuk jin gets all kinds of shirtless while rolling in bed with his babe.
