Avant-garde Japanese filmmaker Shūji Terayama is at the helm of Fruits of Passion (1981), a quasi-sequel to The Story of O and loosely based on author Anne Desclos' follow-up novel Retour à Roissy. Klaus Kinski stars as Sir Stephen, the owner of a casino in southern China who takes his prized concubine O (Isabelle Illiers) to a notorious bordello where she can be properly trained in the ways of pleasure. In his autobiography, Klaus Kinski claims that his sex scenes in the film are unsimulated and we take him at his word! In one scene, he pounds away on an uncredited Japanese actress who is crying while we look at what seems to be penetrative sex. Then Kinski has sex with Arielle Dombasle, looking at a chained up Isabelle Illiers as he does the deed with Dombasle, and we get a close-up shot of his butthole! The dude's a maniac, no doubt about it!
