Goodbye to All That (2014)

An unexpected divorce leads an unlucky dude on a series of awkward one-stand stands as he gets back into the dating game in the comedy Goodbye to All That (2014). Paul Schneider stars as Otto Wall, a thirty-something father that receives a rude awakening when his cheating wife Annie (Melanie Lynskey) declares that their “marriage is over”. Otto receives another jolt when he enters back into the dating pool and crosses paths with sex-hungry hotties. There’s the chatty, on-line hookup Mildred (Ashley Hinshaw); his old flame Stephanie (Heather Graham); the conflicted Bible babe Debbie Spangler (Anna Camp); the crazy boss Holly (Amy Sedaris); and his old summer camp crush Lara (Heather Lawless). Unfortunately, the majority of Otto’s dates are more interested in dick than they are about building a relationship. With all the hook-ups, you’d figure that there’d be more skin. But we get a couple scenes of Schneider sans shirt, one during an interesting sex scene, the other during a naked chat at the kitchen table. Schneider obviously said goodbye to everything besides his modesty.
