Heart of Champions (2021)

When you think of the Ivy League, the first thing that comes to mind is intelligence and academia, your mind doesn't really to to sports.  Well there is one sport that the Ivy League schools do incredibly well and that is rowing crew and for one school in particular, their captains are hanging their heads low after last year's finish of dead last place.  The team's captain, Alex (Alexander Ludwig), has a father that wants him to take his rowing ability all the way to the Olympic team, but he's got a bad attitude problem.  The two other leaders on the squad, Chris (Charles Melton) and John (Alex MacNicoll), can't buoy the team's hopes and they are struggling to row in the right direction coming into their senior year.  That is until a tough nosed Army Veteran, Coach Murphy (Michael Shannon) get hired to come whip these privileged boys into shape the only way he knows how, with discipline and unconventional training methods, hoping to inspire them to become a team and not just a group of muscle bound, rich hunks all rowing a boat in the same direction. Heart of Champions is executive produced by the Winklevoss Twins, this sports drama is wall to wall hot guys in various stages of undress and in & out of wet clothes, including Charles Melton, Alexander Ludwig, and a bare buns bell kick from muscly Andrew Creer for the lone nude scene in this sports drama.  It's enough to have you pulling your "oar" in the right direction for about 2000 meters too!
