Heaven (2025)

The 2025 Polish HBO Original Series Niebo. Rok w piekle, or Heaven. A Year in Hell—often shortened to simply Heaven—is inspired by true events. Set in the early 1990s, the series centers around Sebastian (Stanisław Linowski), an idealistic young college student who falls in with a group of similarly idealistic young people who introduce him to a charismatic faith healer by the name of Piotr (Tomasz Kot). Abandoning his studies to follow Piotr and his group to the ends of the earth, Sebastian is slowly but surely finding himself being inducted into a cult, and there may be no escape! Debuting on HBO Max on Boxing Day 2025, we got one hell of a package from leading man Stanisław Linowski as he submits to an MRI while wearing only his nicely bulged out skivvies! And they said that Heaven is a place where nothing ever happens!
