I.B.S. (2013)

I.B.S. (2013) follows Larry (James Costa) who has horrible irritable bowel syndrome. Unfortunately, he has a crush on his co-worker Heather and thinking about her makes his I.B.S. even worse. He discovers that an accidental murder actually relieves his I.B.S., which begins his dangerous murder spree. 

We can't stop thinking about the hunky James Costa after we get to see his bare ass. A movie about I.B.S. is bound to have some ass shots! Of course...it's also bound to have some shit. James has an unfortunate accident and has shit all over his bum. We get to see James' pooper again when he is sitting on the commode with crap down his ass crack. He stands for us to get another look at that ass!
