Ibiza (2018)

Part romantic comedy, part female buddy flick, Ibiza (2018) is a Netflix original movie starring Gillian Jacobs as a busy New Yorker who gets sent on a business trip to Barcelona where she meets a sexy European DJ. Harper (Gillian Jacobs) is a single thirty-year-old woman who works for a nasty woman (Michaela Watkins) at a PR firm that doesn't respect her contributions to the company. One day, Harper gets tasked with flying to Barcelona to land a client, which she thinks is her big chance to prove she's a valuable asset. Her two besties (Phoebe Robinson and Vanessa Bayer) decide they'll come along and make a girl's trip out of it, only to go wild at a nightclub where hot DJ Leo West (Richard Madden) is performing. Him and Harper hit it off, but he's gotta perform in Ibiza the next day. Looking for love, Harper heads to the notorious party island despite needing to be back in Barcelona for a big meeting the next morning. Hijinks ensue, from using a blacklight at their hotel room and realizing how much baby batter has been slung on the walls, to having a bird shit on them while trying to do the whole stand out of the sunroof thing. But will Grace find love, or find out that abandoning your work responsibilities to chase a sexy DJ on a party island is a bad idea? Sure, we all know how this would've gone in real life but it's all make-believe! But you can believe us when we tell you with all the sexy Spanish men in this movie, we can't blame these girls for wanting to go guy crazy. We'd skip important work meetings, too, if it meant meeting with the foxy Felix Gomez who sends a shirtless sext to Vanessa, who sends back a clapshot of her lady bits back in response. Augustus Prew is far from a prude, since we see him in a tiny pair of undies hopping on top of a babe in hopes of having a good time! But if you're looking for the most defined abs in Ibiza, take a peek at Miguel Ángel Silvestre as he's shirtless in the pool in one scene and shirtlessly peeing in another. He doesn't need to ever wear a shirt as far as we're concerned! With all those amazing men, we don't know about Mike Posner, but we'd never need to take a blue pill in Ibiza!
