This sexy stud out of New York City practically lived a whole life before he ever decided to become an actor. Michael Tucci was born in the Big Apple in 1946 and graduated from St. John's Law School and briefly worked as an assistant district attorney in NYC and after becoming disillusioned with a career like that, tossed it aside and became an actor. After a few kind of forgettable movies like The Night They Robbed Big Bertha's (1975) and The Last Victim (1976), he landed the role for which he is still now recognized for, Sonny in Grease (1978). The movie was the biggest box office hit of 1978 and with that Michael Tucci was a star. It probably didn't hurt his career that he made his Nude-Comer debut in the movie when him and the other T-Birds mooned Sha Na Na and a national TV audience during the televised dance at Rydell High! Michael actually parlayed that star making turn in a hit movie into a successful Film and TV career too and is still getting plenty of work today. He had a huge part on the meta sitcom It's Garry Shandling's Show from 1986-1990, did 86 episodes of Diagnosis Murder as Norman Briggs, played a doctor opposite Johnny Depp in Blow (2001), and more recently played Melissa McCarthy's dad in The Heat (2013). Even more recently he's been a recurring character on the TV series The Rich & the Ruthless. So Michael definitely wasn't a one and done actor after tossing away that law degree, and now that you've seen his butt, you can go do your own "hand jive", baby!
