Review

Mortuary (1983) is an 80s horror flick from Howard Avedis. This film's multiple taglines really say it all. Mortuary's taglines include: "you are cordially invited to a wedding at a mortuary" and "before you are buried, be sure you are really dead." Are you intrigued? The plot of the movie follows a beautiful young woman who just lost her father. Her dad's death was ruled an accident, but she is not so sure. She convinces her boyfriend to join her in a discreet investigation to see what really happened to her father and what they can do about it. When they dig around in the local mortuary, they discover that there are a lot of secrets that some people would rather bury. Their digging around is annoying the wrong people, so now the couple has to keep investigating what really happened while also trying to stay out of trouble themselves. It's a wild horror film that brings the dead to life! Speaking of life, that is exactly what David Wallace gives us when he has his nude scene in the movie. In a romantic scene next to a fireplace, David Wallace has a frisky time with his girlfriend. He gets on top of her and ditches his pants to show off his tanned and toned backside. From his sleek back to his perky peach, David Wallace is making us happy to be alive. In fact, when you see this scene you might rise in your pants like the dead rise from their graves.
