Zapped! (1982)

We've spent many Happy Days daydreaming about Scott Baio in Zapped! (1982), a (mostly) forgettable 80's comedy about a science nerd who acquires telekinetic powers. John Waters voice: Zap! Baio stars as Barney Springboro, a studious teen who sure had Mr. Man sprung but is pretty far from being the big man on campus. He spends his days running science experiments in the labs, while his hornball friend Peyton (Baio's future Charles in Charge partner in crime Willia Aames) begs him to get his head out of his books and come chase tail with him. After dropping a beaker he was using to feed some genetically modified mice, Barney realizes he's developed telekinesis. Soon enough he's zapping girl's blouses open, making sure his friend's baseball team hits a homer on every pitch, getting revenge on his bullies at the carnival, and even trying to cheat the casinos. But what Barney really wants in life is Bernadette (Felice Schachter), the pretty class president with the perky set. Can he use his new powers to unleash the powers of seduction on her? Spoiler alert: he will, since that's the only sort of sexy scene we get in the movie. The science dweeb appears to have developed an interest in biology when Scott's lying on a hill next to her, gently teasing her before they start making out. Their clothes stay on, but his beautiful bulge in tiny denim cutoffs is enough to zap you in your shorts! Later, we'll see the teen dream shirtless as he makes out with her, even if she stops Chachi from touching her chachas! What a buzzkill! It might not be remembered much these days, but with Scott looking so hot, isn't it time you fapped to Zapped?
