V. C. Andrews’ bestselling novel My Sweet Audrina was first published way back in 1982, but it wasn’t adapted into a film until 2016, with the Lifetime Channel made for TV movie directed by Mike Rohl. The story follows a character named Audrina (played by at various different ages by several different actresses) who is trying to cope with nightmares relating to a dark family secret, all while living in her family’s spooky, secluded (and, let’s be honest—haunted) Victorian mansion. Diseases, PTSD, assault, and autism are all tackled throughout the narrative, but a bit of eye candy scattered here and there helps to keep things light and sweet. Specifically, we get to see blonde hunk William Moseley showing off his ridiculous six pack on the beach in one scene, and then, a bit later, Matthew Kevin Anderson plays the piano shirtless! Audrina’s got nothing on these sweet, sweet studs!
