Pain Hustlers (2023)

2023 seems to be the year of the films and television shows about various people in big pharma, especially those tied to the Opioid slinging Sackler family. Pain Hustlers (2023) comes to us from Harry Potter director David Yates and is based on the book The Hard Sell by Evan Hughes. Emily Blunt stars as Liza Drake, an unemployed single mother who decides to take destiny into her own hands and turn around a struggling pharmaceutical brand that recently hired her. Working alongside the unscrupulous Pete Brenner (Chris Evans, sporting the doofiest haircut of his career), Liza helps bilk the insurance industry and the government as part of a scam run by Dr. Neel (Andy Garcia)! While we come dangerously close to seeing zaddy Andy's buns on the big screen for the first time, we suspect this sex symbol uses a body double for his skinny dipping arrest! Hopefully we can talk Mr. Garcia into giving us some nudity before he calls it an acting career because this Cuban cutie is still looking like a certified 10, even with his clothes on!
