Review

People, Places, Things (2015) is a slice-of-life comedy about Will Henry (Jermaine Clement), a graphic novelist and a professor in New York City. At a birthday party for his two twin girls, Will's life is forever changed when he stumbles upon the mother of his children, Charlie, messing around with their mutual friend Gary. One year later, Will is single, navigating the unknown waters of single fatherhood while attempting to mentor young artists who think their teacher needs to get out more. If that weren't enough, he's also trying to get his head in the dating game again, though he's clearly out of practice and in need of some mentoring of his own. Jermaine keeps his clothes on, but Michael Chernus playing Gary, the dude ready to do the deed with Will's lady, manages to get his top off before they are interrupted. Too bad for us Will didn't wait just a little longer to catch these two really going at it!
