Airing for two seasons on Canada's Global Television Network starting in 2014, Remedy put a unique spin on the medical drama by making its main character a low-level orderly instead of a brilliant doctor. Griffin Conner (Dillon Casey) is a medical school dropout who got accused of forging himself prescriptions for the best drugs he could get his hands on. After stabbing a dude while working as a bouncer, Griffin's forced to get a job as an orderly at Bethune Hospital. It’s a good living, no shame in that, right? Well, it is considering Griffin’s father, Dr. Allen Conner (Enrico Colantoni), is the Chief of Staff at the very same hospital, his sister Melissa (Sara Canning) is a surgeon there, while his other sister Sandy (Sarah Allen) is a nurse. As his family enjoys the comforts of their positions, Griffin begins to see the hospital from another angle: he sees it through the eyes of the cleaners, project aides, cafeteria workers, and other low-wage workers that keep the hospital clean, fed, and running. Of course, Griffin plans on returning to medical school, but his dark, troubled past seems to keep getting in the way of his plans. For two seasons viewers enjoyed this mix of family and medical drama that contrasted the remedial workers with the highly paid ones. The show is nil when it comes to nudity, but on season two, episode two, Niall Matter loses his shirt to get intimate with his gal pal in a steamy room. There's nothing the matter with that. We'll also get a steamy look at the dropout who'll have you dropping trou, Dillon Casey, stripping down to his underwear just outside of the shower as he tries to convince a woman to move in with him. She needs convincing? Looks like nudity is the right Remedy for the situation!
