The Haunting of Hill House (2018)

Before he created The Fall of the House of Usher, legendary scaremaster Mike Flanagan adapted another legendary literary horror story for Netflix with 2018's The Haunting of Hill House. Based on the Shirley Jackson novel of the same name, the show concerns a group of adult siblings who grew up in the titular house and return as adults to confront the secrets buried there. Back in 1992, the Crain family lived in Hill House looking to fix it up, only to experience all sorts of creepy, paranormal events. Twenty-six years later, Steven Crain (Michiel Huisman) has made himself famous by writing a book all about the creepy stuff that happened there. Theodora Crain (Kate Siegel) wears gloves to keep from having psychic episodes that happen whenever she touches someone, while Nell Crain (Victoria Pedretti) tries to convince herself that the bent-neck woman standing over her bed every night as a kid was just a figment of her sleep paralysis induced imagination. Nobody talks to the father, Hugh Crain (Timothy Hutton) anymore, while Luke Crain (Oliver Jackson-Cohen) has become a hardcore heroin addict in an attempt to forget all the stuff that happened in that house. What happened? Well, after a series of paranormal experiences the family fled the house in terror, leaving their mother (Carla Gugino) to commit suicide, if you believe the official story. Racked with guilt, suddenly some of them start to experience the same creepy stuff they dealt with as kids living in that house, and realize they need to go back and figure out the truth. While fans loved to spot all the hidden ghosts in the background, Mr. Man appreciated when the juicy Jordane Christie was up front about how hot he was, even if he didn't go full-frontal. Jordaneshows off his manly, muscular bod for his role as Arthur Vance, Elanor's husband we were dying to see without his pants! Jordane appears wearing just a towel around his waist and giving us a great look at his sexy six pack! The man's built like a brick shithouse! We can’t get enough of Jordane’s bulging pecs as he climbs in bed with a lucky lady. That's hot as Hill!
