A Thousand Blows (2025)

A Thousand Blows is a British Hulu series loosely based on real events that shaped the criminal underworld in turn of the century London. There really was a female-run shoplifting gang called the Forty Elephants run by the ruthless and cunning Mary Carr. She faced off against the self-described king of underground bare-knuckle boxing, Sugar Goodson. Two men running from their lives in Jamaica provide a window into this wild world. One of the men Hezekiah Moscow (Malachi Kirby) shapes up to be a fantastic boxer, and Mary uses him to do her bidding against Sugar Goodson. He travels to London with fellow Jamaican Alec Munroe (Francis Lovehall). Naturally a bare-knuckle boxing movie is going to give us plenty of shirtless action, but it's Adam Nagaitis who kicks things up a notch by showing his muscular ass after getting out of bed nude to greet the day. So now you've seen the nude scene in A Thousand Blows. And it doesn't blow!
