Basket Case 3: The Progeny (1992)

Basket Case 3: The Progeny (1991) follows Duane played by Kevin Van Hentenryck who is recovering from a nervous breakdown when he discovers his freak brother is about to be a daddy. It's not good news to Duane who has grown to distrust his brother and he knows that his brother's brood is only going to be bad. Along with his Granny Ruth played by Annie Ross, Kevin isn't about to be an uncle if he has anything to do with it. 

The movie makes us feel like basket cases for these boys' bods when hottie Jackson Faw gets attacked while only wearing his tiny undies in the bedroom. Kevin shows that he is indeed leading man material when he walks around shirtless in just his juicy jeans.
