History comes to life in the drama Bobby (2006), not to be confused with the crime flick Bobby (2002). With a mix of authentic newsreel footage and dramatic sequences involving mostly fictional characters, this R rated movie is jammed with unwitting participants in the defining death of Senator Robert F. Kennedy (Dave Fraunces). Set in the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles, the campaign headquarters of Kennedy’s presidential bid is the only constant on screen. Writer and director Emilio Estevez creates a revolving door of people interacting in the hotel. As such, this pic provides an all-star ensemble cast from Anthony Hopkins and Ashton Kutcher to William H. Macy! The movie also includes Christian Slater, Elijah Wood, Harry Belafonte, Heather Graham, Helen Hunt, Joshua Jackson, Laurence Fishburne, Lindsay Lohan, Nick Cannon, and Sharon Stone as well as Mr. Estevez’s real life father Martin Sheen and former fiancee Demi Moore. No wonder this pic picked up a Hollywood Film Festival Award for Best Ensemble Cast and was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. Of course, Mr. Man was won over by Shia LaBeouf. As a campaign volunteer called Cooper, the skintastic actor volunteers to shed his threads! Simply fast forward to the 45-minute mark to see Shia shy of his clothing. As Mr. LaBeouf bares his LaChest and LaButt, his pal Jimmy (Brian Geraghty) flashes his back and panties while the two dudes trip on Lysergic Acid Diethylamide. To them, LSD = T&A!
