Ever since Cleopatra made a Red Carpet entrance to meet and seduce Julius Caesar in Ancient Rome, romance has been in bloom all over the world — from the European wedding of Napoleon and Joséphine in 1796 to the love letters Hollywood hunk Ben Affleck sent to Jennifer Lopez in the 21st century. In between, Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow stole each others’ hearts while robbing banks during the Great Depression. Since then, their tragic story’s been told on the big screen in The Bonnie Parker Story (1958) starring Dorothy Provine and Bonnie and Clyde (1967) featuring Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty. The dynamic duo also graced the boob tube via the A&E miniseries Bonnie and Clyde (2013) with Holliday Grainger and Emile Hirsch in the title roles. During the four-hour extravaganza, audience members may rise while following the rise and fall of the criminal couple. Along the way, we encounter Clyde’s brother Buck (Lane Garrison), Buck’s wife Blanche (Sarah Hyland), Bonnie’s mama Emma (Holly Hunter), and Texas Ranger Frank Hamer (William Hurt) who was called out of retirement to hunt down the outlaws. But before Clyde meets his untimely demise, all eyes will be on Emile’s hairy chest when his character strips down for a roll in the hay with his felonious female in Part 1. If that’s not arousing enough, Mr. Hirsch touts his old school skivvies while busting out some tunes on his sax in Part 2. If being sexy is a crime, consider this actor guilty as charged!
