Boystown (2007)

Boystown (2007) is a formerly dangerous neighborhood in Chueca, Madrid that is rapidly gentifying. One real estate agent is pushing for gentrification, but he doesn't tell people his dark secret: the apartments that have become available for him to sell housed horrific murders of elderly women who owned them. He disguises them as suicides and refurbishes the apartment to sell to higher class gay couples to transform the neighborhood into a hip hood. After a gay couple moves in and an investigator starts to get to the truth of what happened in those apartments, Chueca becomes a wild place full of comedy, mystery, and plenty of sex.
