20 Centimeters (2005)

The metric system always confused us, but there are only so many things that are exactly 20 centimeters long—and we bet you can guess what this title is referring to. Our story begins with a prostitute named Marieta working out of Madrid, who is one surgery away from completing her transition from male to female and getting rid of that gosh darn rod of flesh between her legs. The only problem is that once she falls in love with a man named Raúl (Pablo Puyol), he likes the peen and wants her to keep it. Can you blame the guy? Marieta also has unrelated narcolepsy, and she's constantly falling asleep and dreaming that she's the star of musicals. This would, it seem, be poor for business. Marieta's blissful romance with the penis-loving Pablo gives us a good look at him begging for some stellar penetration before we see his shaft when he emerges from the shower. We're no math whizzes, but it seems like this pair brings 40 centimeters to the table, not 20.
