Slam (2003)

The fast-paced and irreverent Spanish comedy Slam (2003) follows Toño (Iván Hermés) and Fito (Tomás Fonzi), two twentysomething fun-seekers as they travel to Spain to attend the Cactus Beach Festival”, a major music fest, in an attempt to interview the inaccessible rock band Slam, the biggest band in the world, who are set to headline the popular fest. Toño believes that if he can land the big interview, he can score a job as a columnist for the popular Chill Out Magazine.” This trip becomes the duo’s last chance to sow their wild oats before the pain of adulthood and responsibility quickly seeps into their lives.
