Casual (2015-2018)

Casual is part of Hulu’s continuing foray into the original programming game. With so many great options on Amazon Prime, Netflix, and yes, even some on regular ol’ television, the last thing we needed was another show to keep track of, but another show we got. Casual, directed by Jason Reitman of Juno (2007) fame, is a touching and poignant look at a broken family that manages to avoid the clichés sometimes associated with the territory. Adult siblings Alex (the smoking hot Tommy Dewey, who we’ll get to in a second) and Valerie (Michaela Watkins), end up living together when Valerie’s marriage falls apart. She’s in a sad way and we quickly learn that Alex never did the whole growing up thing. After a couple of episodes it becomes apparent that the duo had a rough childhood, and the viewer bears witness to the two very different ways that Alex and Valerie cope.

So, about that Tommy Dewey. The Alabama-born hottie has been in a couple of recognizable projects, notably a reoccurring role on The Mindy Project, but this is the first time that the babe is getting the leading man status that he deserves. Just look at that body, and that smile, and that butt! Casual has been kind enough to show us some Tommy behind, and with a sexy tan line and huge mounds, Dewey is sure to get you gooey.
