Couple in a Hole (2015)

Couple in a Hole (2016) is both a literal and a figurative title—a Scottish duo, recently traumatized by the sudden death of their young son, decides to live in a hole under a tree instead of going home to civilization. They shun other people entirely, foraging for food, until the wife gets bit by a poisonous spider and needs medical help. When her husband (Paul Higgins) treks into town and seeks assistance, he finally makes a new friend—and his wife is not happy about it. The silver lining to this gruesome existence is that Paul goes shirtless during a rain shower, showing off his supremely toned abs. It looks like that forest diet paid off!
